Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, without providing any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours from the time the order is confirmed. Cancellation requests made after this period will not be accepted, as products are processed and prepared for dispatch immediately.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment used for the order. You will not incur any additional fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were received within the last 3 days
The goods are unused and in original packaging
The product is returned in the same condition as delivered
The return request is submitted via email with clear details and proof
If the product has been unpacked, a continuous video recording of the unboxing must be provided, clearly showing the defect or issue at the time of opening.
Returns without valid video proof will not be accepted.

Products returned after 3 days of delivery
Products that have been used, installed, or altered
Products returned without original packaging
Products without valid unboxing video proof (if unpacked)
Limited-run or handcrafted items returned due to aesthetic preferences or minor handmade variations
Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or misuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided via email.
Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
Refunds will not be issued unless the returned product is physically received and inspected by us.
Refund Processing
Refunds are applicable only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
